How to change format from Post to Email for public folder in Exchange 2007
Hi Urgent Help Needed....! I have configured Exchange Server 2007 (typical installation- hub, mail, client access...roles) and also have created mail enabled public folders (for example management@testdomain.com) to be used by group of users who also have send as permission for the same public folders. Users have their MS Outlook 2003 configured and are able to access all public folders but The Problem is, 1. They being in public folder when try to reply the message goes from their inbox and not as public folder (management@testdomain.com). 2. The mail format changes to "New Post" from "New Mail" when pubic folder is highlighted. 3. How do I change the format from New Post to email for public folders so that when users are in public folder (say management), any mail that is sent or replied should go from "management@testdomain.com" and not from their personal inbox. 4. When composing new mail they could be able to choose which account to be used for sending ; Public folder (example- management@testdomain.com) or their Personal mail account. Thanks...!
