If I understand you correctly, you want to customize the DSN messages? Check here: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa996803(v=exchg.150).aspx

Yes, i want customize the DSN messages but i just want to edit user will send DSN message to client.

because on my system, fortimail reject the user send mail not from domain. But user system on exchange 2013 send DSN message to client is blank, i just see From Microsoft outlook not a identify user.

example:

From: Microsoft Outlook  <--- Exchange 2013

but on exchange 2010, they identify a user mailbox to send client.

From: Microsoft Outlook [mailto:MicrosoftExchange329e71ec88ae4615bbc36ab6ce41109e@xxx]

Thanks,

Hi,

We can change the display name alone through ADSI edit. By default, the identity user should be MicrosoftExchange329e71ec88ae4615bbc36ab6ce41109e in exchange 2013. We can use this command to identity this user.

Get-OrganizationConfig | FL MicrosoftExchangeRecipientPrimarySmtpAddress

Here are steps:

  1. Open ADSIEdit.msc
  2. Configuration -> Services -> Microsoft Exchange -> Company Name -> Transport Settings
  3. Right-click CN=MicrosoftExchange329e71ec88ae4615bbc36ab6ce41109e to properties.
  4. Locate the display name attribute, it should be Microsoft Outlook, then change it to Desired Display name that users want to see when they receive an NDR.
  5. Close ADSIEdit.

Best Regards.
