Hi Shabarinath,
I have looked all switches for the Set-MailboxDatabase cmdlets, but there aren't any switches that could help me to achive the goal. So, the IsSuspendedFromProvisioning switch have not given results for blocking to creating mailboxes.

Hi Rowen-Xu,
Thanks for your replay,
The Control Automatic Mailbox Distribution feature is a solution for me. Thanks again.
But, I would like to khow, are there any methods to use ADSI Edit or Power Shell switches to block creating mailboxes for a particular database?
Thank you for patience.

Hi Adndrey,
Try using a scripting agent in the CmdletExtensionAgents directory. Put some logic into it that says if the command enable or new mailbox is enacted, pick form a list of databases that exclude the one you want.
Hope it helps.Rowen
