Dear Doreenng, Based your conversation, I understand that you want to archive e-mail from Exchange Server 2003 automatically. You also want to know whether Exmerge can do that? Based on my research, there are many avenues to archive e-mail in Exchange, such as event sink, e-mail journal. For more information about event sink, please refer to the following article: How to configure an Internet Information Services SMTP virtual server to archive or to remove messages in an Exchange Server 2003 test environment http://support.microsoft.com/kb/837851/en-us For more information about e-mail journal, please refer to the following article: Journaling with Exchange Server http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa997525.aspx Also, you can do that via Exmerge tool. However this tool has its limitations, such as Exmerge currently only supports 2GB .pst file. For more information about Exmerge, please refer to the following article: Error message when you use the ExMerge tool to export an Outlook 2003 mailbox to a .pst file: "The item could not be moved" http://support.microsoft.com/kb/916085/en-us If anything is unclear, feel free to let me know.
