How to assign Full Mailbox permissions at a Server or Database level
It seems that I can't seem to find a definite answer for this but, How do you assign Full Mailbox permissions at the Server or Database level for Exchange 2007 so that permissions are inherited?

You can select from 5 roles to assign to a particular admin. I have never heard of a DB level. Please take a look: http://www.msexchange.org/articles_tutorials/exchange-server-2007/management-administration/exchange-2007-permissions-and-roles-part2.html.
