Hi Milzit,As Arun mentioned, you could use a transport rulehttp://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb123927.aspxIn conditions, please choose "when the subject field or the body of the message contains text patterns"in actions, check "set the spam confidence level to value", adjust the value according to your client settings. Hope this helps. Thanks,Elvis

HelloThank you for the help. It looks OK to configure a transport rule to set the spam confidence level. This is a new Exchange 2007 installation with default values. Do I have to go throught the process like described on Technet hereto enable content filer agent, or is it enought with the transport rule?If enought with the transport rule, whatspam confidence level should I use to deliver the tagged messages to each users spam folder?

Hi Milzit, First, I would like to explain anti-spam agent merely scan unauthenticated users, only the inbound emails which contain specific words can be moved to junk email folder by anti-spam agent. Second, could you let us know why would you like the emails to be rerouted to junk email folder rather than deleting them in server side? When the Content Filter agent encounters an Allow phrase in a message, the spam confidence level (SCL) is set to 0. When the Content Filter agent encounters a Block phrase in a message, the SCL is set to 9. That means if you set the words as a block phrase, it will be marked as extremely high spam likelihood. By default settings, the mail will be rejected by your Exchange Server. Nevertheless, if you want to deliver these emails to users junk email folder, you can change default settings. You can set the SCL threshold with the following cmdlet: set-OrganizationConfig -SCLJunkThreshold <value you want> Please read the following articles: Exchange 2007 Content Filter: How to move messages to Junk Mail folder http://exchangepedia.com/blog/2007/02/exchange-2007-content-filter-how-to_07.html Thanks, Elvis

Thank you very much for your help Elvis. In the event of a false positive we need to users to have the possibility to have acccess the junk e-mail folder. We are using Brightmail Message Filter for spam handling, but the problem is that it is not supporting 64 bits OS. So I have to install it on a 32-bits server acting like a SMTP gateway, Brightmail will mark the messages and deliver it to Exchange 2007. So Iwouldlike not touse the spam agent in Exchange 2007, I just want it to move the marked messages to the junk-folder.So I have to change the SCL threshold values as you described, and configure a transport rule as described above to set the SCL value for the marked messages. Is that all I have to do?

Yes and you need to restart the transport service to take the change effect.Arun Kumar | MCSE - 2K3 + Messaging | ITIL-F V3
