We'd like to add an Active Directory attribute to the Exchange Control Panel for users to update in their My Account. Is there a white paper or guide on how to do this?Orange County District Attorney

You probably need a 3rd party product to do this. From what I can tell, what you see in ECP is what you get.Jim McBee - Blog - http://mostlyexchange.blogspot.com

Sorry for not getting back sooner. It looks like changing the fields in My Account, out of the box, isn't possible. I think Jim's and AD's post are dead on. I've spoken to our mgmt with the suggestion they work with our programming folks to find a way
to write a custom My Account page if possible.Orange County District Attorney
