How to add a signature
HiI have recently migrated from exchange 2003 to exchange 2007. I need to add universal signature for all the employess in my company, rather than me going adding in each users oUtlook.I would like to know how to add the signature in exchnage 2007 .so that same can be replicated in users microsoft Outlook client sw.RegardsAlex

You can configure a transport rule on the Exchange Organization level (either through Exchange Management Shell or the Exchange Management Console) so the disclaimer can applied to every incoming, outgoing email depending on your condition.
