is it happening to all clients? if it is with one client then you need to check the outlook rules. Launch Outlook with /cleanrules switch and check. also the simplest way to add to safe list is to right click that email -junk email -> add to safe sender Vinod |CCNA|MCSE 2003 +Messaging|MCTS|ITIL V3|

Hi,Which is the Exchagne version you are using. If you are using Exchange 2007 with the help on Transport rules you can mark Spam confidentail level(SCL) of the internal mail comming some specific email address as -1. Once SCL is -1 then mail will always reach inbox, it will never reach junk mail.Second option is if Internal mails (salary slip) is sent from the appliction server then you can add the ip address of the application server into IP Allow List under Server configuration -> Hub Transport Server -> Anti Spam -> IP allow ListRegards,Krishnahttp://smtpport25.wordpress.com/
