I am using 2 rules for mail flow in office 365 account.

The first rule is if the message is sent to my office 365 account, BCC message to my other personal email.

I chose 'The recipient is...' in Apply this rule if... field and 'Bcc the message to...' in Do the following field.

This rule is currently working.

The second rule is if the message is sent from my office 365 account, BCC message to my other personal email.

I chose 'The sender is...' in Apply this rule if... field and 'Bcc the message to...' in Do the following field.

This rule is not working properly. Please give me any suggestions for outgoing email's rule.

Please elaborate what is not working properly. 

Make sure 'Stop processing more rules' is unchecked.

Both the rules appear to be fundamentally same, see if you can merge them rule int
