How to Seach for and email in a Public Folder
Hello I have a public folder on a Exchange server 2007. The public folder is 60GB (60.000 folders) Is there any way to search for an email incluing subfolders? It is imposible to find a lost email on 60.000 folders and searching one folder at a time. Thanks

Outlook 2010 allows subfolder searching in Public Folders. Cant remember if Outlook 2007 does. THere are also 3rd party Outlook AddIns: http://www.slipstick.com/addins/search.asp (You can also add pfs to your favorites and search from there, though you probably do not want to add 60GB worth!)

Hi Jack, Sure, you could search the special message through the outlook or owa, per my known, there is no directly method through the server end. And you could just search the message through one by one, could not search the message through all the subfolders, neither outlook 2007 nor 2010. You could refer to below: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/196533 Regards! Gavin
