How to Restrict a mailbox in Exchange 2007
I need to create a new Exchange 2007 mailbox that will not receive mail from anyone. I know how to block external mail from getting to the mailbox, but how can I stop internal people from sending mail to this new mailbox.

Delivery Restrictions. Have it accept messages only from a single, specific account perhaps.

Set a exchange transport rule. Since all messages go through the hub transport this will catch all internal and external messagesConfigure it to silently drop messages going to your restricted mailbox or optionily you can give a custom bounce message saying this recipient can't recieve messages. http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/Transport-Rules-Exchange-Server-2007.htmlPlease remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question.
