Hi there,Exchange 2007 supports Database Portability, meaning an Exchange 2007 database can be mounted on any other Exchange 2007 Mailbox Server in the Org.So once you have restored your Exchange Database to another Exchange 2007 Server you will have to update all your users Exchange Server settings in Active Directory to point to the new location for their home database. This would be accomplished by using the following Powershell command.get-mailbox –database <old database> | move-mailbox –targetdatabase <new database> -configurationonly:$true More information:"Moving an Exchange Server 2007 Database between Mailbox Servers" http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/Moving-Exchange-Server-2007-database-Mailbox-servers.html"Exchange 2007: Database Portability" http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb123954(EXCHG.80).aspxOliverOliver Moazzezi | Exchange MVP, MCSA:M, MCTS:Exchange 2010, BA (Hons) Anim | http://www.exchange2007.com | http://www.exchange2010.com | http://www.cobweb.com |

Be aware you would need the Enterprise versions of both Windows 2003 or 2008 and Exchange 2007.OliverOliver Moazzezi | Exchange MVP, MCSA:M, MCTS:Exchange 2010, BA (Hons) Anim | http://www.exchange2007.com | http://www.exchange2010.com | http://www.cobweb.com |
