Hi, You would need to remove exchange attributes from the user account and reconnect the user to a mailbox on the new server. I would have another look at your disaster recovery setup - this is not a common way of doing it. Leif

HI Leif, Thank you so muchI tried this option sucessfully but I would like to know what is the bestpractise to move important users to another server(its Standby server with Zero DataBase) immediately w/o much downtime. I am planing to setup DR in my organization. Thanks Kumar.
