How to Enable user to change his account information

Hi Experts  

I have Exchange 2013  and i need to let all user's  to change his own account information  such as " First name - Last name - Display name - Phone - Department - Company  ...." 

Could any one help me found Solution

How are you, kindly check the the ECP >> Permissions >> User Roles >> Default Role Assignment Policy >> change your settings as a below links:

Hi oda,

Base on my knowledge, you need to assign "Recipient Management" permission to all the users. As below:

However, it is not recommend to assign this permission to all users, it will cause mismanagement.
