How to Add Text to the Password Change Dialog Box in Outlook Web Access - Exchange 2010 SP3 on Windows 2008 R2

I need to add some text to the "Change Password" dialog screen in Outlook Web Access.  I need to post a note telling users how many characters, upper case letters, and numbers to use when changing their passwords in OWA.

Does anyone know where and which file needs to be modified?  Thank you!!

Hi,

Based on my knowledge, Exchange has no built-in function to customize "Your password has expired and you need to change it before you sign in to Outlook Web App" notification text. Your understanding will be appreciated.
