Hi, please consider the following

Scenario:

• User X has an Exchange 2010/2013 Mailbox
• User X has two ActiveSync devices which are being used, device Y and device Z.
• As of time t, both Y and Z have fully synced.
• As of time t + 10, user X has received eight emails since t.
• Device Y syncs at time t + 12.
• As of time t + 18, user X has received four emails since t + 10, and 12 emails since t.
• Device Y syncs at time t + 20, and the four emails which have arrived since t + 10 are downloaded to Y (the previous eight are already on the device)
• Device Z syncs at time t + 21, and all 12 emails which have arrived since t are downloaded to Z.

Questions:

• Where is the bookkeeping stored that allows each device to track its current sync state with the Exchange mailbox?
• How can the bookkeeping information that is stored be retrieved on a per-device basis?
