I don't think there's a way to configure this for all mailboxes. I think you might be able to set up a transport rule to discard them, if you can identify the message header and value that designate a meeting acceptance message.

Hi, You can set rule like below to delete the accept meeting message:When the Subject field contians: Accepted and when a Content Class (message header) contians calendarmessagesilently drop the messageNevertheless, I have same question like Rich, why would you like to disable requests responses for meetings?Thanks,Mike
