How do you disable default folders in Exchange 2007?
Hi Everyone, Something I've been wondering for a very long time. Here's the scenario, I have a user and it's necessary that he only sees or have access to the Inbox and Outbox in his account. This means no calendar, no tasks, nothing but an inbox and an outbox. How do you do this in Exchange? Thanks!

Hi, MFCMapi will do the trick, please follow the steps below, Please launch MFCMapi tool. Go to Session-> Logon and Display Store Table. Select the outlook profile of the user and double-click "Mailbox-user name" It will pop up a window, expand "Root Container" and then expand "IPM_SUBTREE" Delete folders, such as Calendar, Task, and Drafts etc. You can download the tool from the following link, http://mfcmapi.codeplex.com/ Best regards, Serena Please remember to click “Mark as Answer” on the post that helps you, and to click “Unmark as Answer” if a marked post does not actually answer your question. This can be beneficial to other community members reading the thread.
