We are planning to retire to one of our Conference Room Calendar and prefer to transfer the events on this old Conference Room calendar to a New Conference Room Calendar. We currently use Microsoft Exchange 2010 and all our Clients are using Microsoft Outlook 2010.

Hi, i think the most efficient way to achive this is to logon to the calendar using Outlook 2010 and exporting only the calender folderr to a PST file. After that logon to the new room mailbox and import the data. If using Outlook 2010: Ribbon File - open - Import ... answer the dialog questions.
