Our organization is large (over 110,000 objects) and we have many admins nationwide that manage users. Currently in our 2007 deployment they use EMC on the workstation that is customized to their OU so they only see the users they can manage? We are in the early stages of planning for 2010. How do admins manage users in Exchange 2010 without 32-bit version of the EMC? We do not want the admins who have less rights in Exchange than we do logging into the Exchange Servers to use the EMC.

Another option is to build a virtual "tools" server. Install the MGMT tools there and allow users to logon to that. Easy to maintain and keep up to date.

Hi there, I had a customer with this same problem, none of the workstations were 64bit capable. The resolution was to create some 64bit Management Servers and then via RBAC configure roles for their HelpDesk and Admins. I would also check your admins workstations, processors have been 64bit capable for at least 4 years. You may find many are and then just need a 64bit OS installed.
