How do I sync Multiple Computers with one Microsoft Exhange account to two seperate Outlooks?
I have Microsoft Exchange on my work computer. I wanted to add the same account on my personal computer, but when I added it all of my mail went to my home computer and now I cant get mail at work or on my phone that is synced, just on my home computer. Do you know of a way to share the same Microsoft Exchange account with 2 different Outlooks on 2 seperate computers...? Ive been trying to figure it out all morning but no luck.

You've configured Outlook on your personal computer to use POP3? If so, your e-mail is now on a PST on that machine. Set up Outlook to use Outlook Anywhere and then import the contnets of the PST into your mailbox. >Do you know of a way to share the same Microsoft Exchange account with 2 different Outlooks on 2 seperate computers...? Hi, Agree with Rich. If you are not using POP3, you can check whether you have any rules or auto-archiving setting to move your mails into your local personal mailbox. Thanks.Rowen TechNet Community Support
