How do I share calendars?
I'm running Exchange2003 with a mix of Outlook2000 and Outlook2003 for clients. I would like to set up a manager's calendar to be shared within the department. When I click on the SHARE -> CALENDAR on this users workstation within their Outlook client I find that it is greyed out. Maybe there are certain permissions that must be granted, but I can't seem to find them.?

If the manager is using outlook 2003, please refer this article to share the Calendar folder If the manager is using outlook 2000, we can use Net Folders to share the calendar
