I can't open it in Outlook. Says calendar folder not found.Is it possible to have a viewable shared calendar for Room resources?

Hi Mike, Yes it is possible to have shared Calnedar (aslo with e-mail adress) Just make new Calender folder in Public Folders and set up current permissions. I think, the problem is in permissions on calendar folder. You can set it up in Outlook or better in MS Exchange System Manager (FirstOrganization - Folders - Public Folders - find your kaneder Folder and right click - Properties - Choose Permissions tab and Client Permissions button. There You can add f.e. Doamin Group and choose f.e.Editor Role) I hope I understood You well.. Good Luck

The way that I understand it is that sharing a resource room calendar is done through the scheduling assistant. So, when you go to the scheduling assistant in Outlook or OWA, and you add the room to the required list, it should show up and you can see when it is available. If you areusing Exch2007 green field, the recommendation is not to use public folders, but to use MOSS to share calendars.
