How do I set SPAM filtering?

I am using Office 360 Pro Plus on Windows 7 Pro.  Is there a mechanism for spam filters aside from "Junk Mail" and the "blocked senders" and "trusted senders" lists?

I am using outlook with multiple pop accounts.

That is correct, I don't use exchange.  My email sources come together in Outlook.  I have run OffCAT and there are a few warnings, but not related to .

What do you mean by "the built-in one"?    I discovered from the forums that the built-in Blocked Senders list only works on one email account's Inbox and only if it's in the default configuration, which makes it useless to me.  I am in fact asking "is there a spam filter mechanism other than the blocked senders list?".  If there is, I just want to find it.
