How do I print off a list of mailboxes on a server
I am not the exchange adminand theyare out for the holidays. I have been asked to give a list of all the mailboxes on one of the many exchange servers. I can pull up the list vuia Exchange System Manager but I can not see any way to export the list or print it. Any suggestions??

Right click where it says 'mailboxes' on the left hand pane and select export list.

Knightly, I recall reading that the export list funtion is actually not in the RTM release and that it's coming in SP1.
I've been using the following command via the Shell, though it depends on exactly what you want to accomplish.
Get-MailboxStatistics -Serverexchange_server_name | Sort -Property DisplayName | ft DisplayName, @{expression={$_.totalitemsize.value.ToMB()};label="Mailbox Size(MB)"}, itemcount, lastlogontime, lastlogofftime,lastloggedonuseraccount| Out-File ExchangeUsers.csv

I assumed Exchange 03, b/c the question was about Exchange System Manager, not Exchange Management Console :-)

Okay, now I just feel dumb. I had tried just about everything else when you were right. Just right click mailboxes and export list.
Thank you
