How do I make Global Address List look-up using My POP/IMAP Mailbox In Exchange 2013?

Usually when we configure Outlook with POP/IMAP protocol we can't access Exchange Global Address List (GAL). How can I access my Exchange GAL when I connect with POP/IMAP protoco

Hi,

Generally, the GAL cant be opened in Address Book for POP\IMAP mailbox by default.

Personal suggestion, please publish the LDAP server on ISA then add the address book from Account Settings in Outlook side as a workaround. For more information about it, please refer to:
