HI, I just got a new computer with Vista home. Everytime I close Windows mail I get the following message: "You are not currently logged into your computer as an Administrator. This installer requires that the user be logged in as Administrator. Please log out and log back in as an Administrator, and then restart the installer." At the top of the message box it says "Powered by SupportSoft". I am logged in as an administrator on my computer, and I don't know what installer the message is talking about. Does anyone know what this means and how I get rid of it? I would appreciate any help. Thanks

I have personally not heard of SupportSoft. I recommend you check with the people from which you bought the computer.
