How do I find my key code for Microsoft Office on my old computer?
I have Office 2007 on my old computer and now have a new computer that I want to install Office on. I do not have my Key Code. How do I retrieve my key code from the old computer?

Hi,

For anyone who meets the same issue, please note the Product Key for a Full product may be located or requested in one of the following locations, if you lose it, consider to find it back through the locations below too:

  • Sticker on the CD case or other packaging.

  • Certificate of Authenticity.

  • Confirmation e-mail message received from an online purchase.

Important   Do not lose your Product Key. Keep the packaging, or write the number down and keep it in a safe place.
