Hi all, I need to create a rule for a mailbaox, whereby every message sent is copied to another mailbox. I know this can be done through Outlook - but I want to be able to do it from the Server. Is there an equivalent of the "forward to:" rule you can create in ADUC? Thanks, Dave

Hello Dave, Which version of Exchange do you use? It is not possible in Exchange 2003 from server side but can be easily done in Exchange 2007 with Transport Rules. Or in Exchange 2003 you may need to search for some third-party utility to do so for you by using a kind of event sink.

If you are running Exchange 2007 then you can setup transport rules to handle these functions. Transport rules can also be programmtically built with more functionality then the default set of options Exchange console gives you. http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa998860.aspx
