How do I block address info delivery to external outlook recipients
Whenever anyone from within our mail domain sends an email to someone outside of our domain. The external outlook recipient retrievesour internal address book information (i.e. phone, fax, GAL content). Is there a way that I can block exchange/outlook from sending theinternal companycontact info to external users?

That should never happen... Can you specify a little bit clearer how others receive this information? Do they receive the information for one user or all users in your gal? Are you sure the user makes mistakes when sending emails? Deli

I agree it shouldn't happen. What was reported is that an external user was able to view the senders corporate contact information (cell number, personal home number etc.),notsure if they are able to view entire GAL...which I doubt. My thoughts.....it may be a user that was connected to our network at one point and may have a cached copy of OAB. Thanks, ML

This offcourse happens when a user has a contact configured with that email address in his contacts. When double clicking the email address automatically shows the contact information so all info that the user himself added to the contact he created! Or there is a contact in the GAL of your remote client that has all information configured for the users email address Deli
