Hi,
There are several aspects of memo style that can be customized. Change the Outlook 2007 memo style to customize the appearance of printed email messages.
Click "File" at the top of the Outlook 2007 window. Hover the mouse pointer over "Page Setup," and click "Memo Style."
Click the "Format" tab. Click either "Font" button to change the font, style or size of the title or header fields in printed messages. These are the fields that appear at the top of printed messages, above the main body of the message.
Click "OK" after making a change to either font. Click the "Paper" tab. Use the menus at the top of the window to change the type or size of paper installed in the printer, as well as which paper receptacle of the printer (if applicable) the paper is in. Use the radio buttons in the bottom-right corner of the window to change the paper orientation from portrait to landscape.
Click the "Header/Footer" tab. Use this screen to customize any text that you would like to appear at the top of bottom of printed messages. By default, the page number appears at the bottom of each printed page.
Click inside the text box to modify this. Click "Print Preview" to see how your changes will look in printed messages, then click "Print" to print the message that is highlighted in the Outlook inbox. Click "OK" to save your settings for use with all printed messages.
Is this the info you need, please let me know the result.
Sincerely

Hey General Dogs body -
I wrote a short guide on how to change the memo style in Outlook.
http://lifewithcomputers.net/2011/08/22/changing-outlook-2010-memo-style-template/
Hope it helps.
I know how to do it but my question is, once you "shut down" the computer, will the settings disappear(Windows7).
That's what's happening to me. It doesn't save.
