How could I utilise a fillable form created on MS Office-Word in a computer that does not have MS Office?

Hello Guys,

This question may have been discussed before but Goole to find an answer to resolve has failed.

I am issued with a MS Document (created as fillable form in MS Office) by a regional authority.

These forms are expected to be used by diverse practice premises in the field of optometry.

The difficulty I found myself is that the practice premises where I work has computer runs on Windows XP and does not have any programs such as Word or MS Office.

I could access(open) this said document in Google document but it is not showing up as the Office format!!

MS Office document is in a single page but when it is opened in Google document it is displayed in two pages.

The computer I need to open would not allow me to install "Open Office" due to restrictions imposed by the employer.

It is dreadful the employer not listening to my request to even update the Adobe so that I could convert this document to fill in Adobe but not successful.

Add on from Google to this work computer is blocked (No downloads are allowed)
