In exchange 2003 the read notification date come before the delivery notification date.I use outlook 2003 and the users os is windows xp sp2 this problem happened from time to time not the normal.this problem not happened for all users but withone user is happened from time to time for example this happened with one mail each month with different usersI need to know how this happened and what can i do to avoid this in the future?
