How can i add enter reverse DNS entry in my ISP's DNS.
Mails sent from Exchange Server to outside world goes to spam folder of receiver. I already have define A, mx and txt record. my SPF record is "v=spf1 mx -all" However when i check Reverse DNS itdoesnt work. I have added reverse as well as forward zone and addded A record and PTR. But I have two network adapter one is connected to internet through Real Static IP from Hathway and other is connected to LAN through bridge. How can i add reverse DNS entry in my ISP Hathway.

I had a similar problem and had to contact my ISP to have a reverse DNS setup on our public IP addresses. I then added a similar entry in our DNS records and everything has worked perfectly since. I would contact your ISP and ask that they add the PTR records for you. Hope this helps.

I have contacted my ISP but they said they cannot support in this matter. They cannot add Reverse DNS entry. What should I do now.

We are facing a issue a reject mail after creating SPF records, We having 3 Diffrent ISP with there relevnt Static IP. can I request them to cerate the RDNS entery on there DNS servers....? This may resolve my issue?
