This is for Exchange 2007, Sever, not 2013, but there is no forum chase for something other than 2013. I need to be able to prove and document an Outlook calendar invite was sent and delivered to a recipient's mailbox. All of our users have email provided by our Exchange 2007 server.

And don't wait too long. Maximum Age is 30 days by default so if you wait two months, you may not have anything to work with.
