How can I print a mass amount of emails with corresponding attachments (in oder) ?

I have Outlook 2010 and need to print emails daily on a large scale. I need to be able to print about 200 at a time, with attachments, and have them in order. NOT all emails, then all attachments. This is very frustrating.. (i.e. print email 1, print attachment with email 1. Print email 2, print attachment with email 2. Etc..)

Currently I have to print each one individually. I have it set to print attachments and I use quick print and simply hit enter when it pops the attachment up. Printing each email, even using quick print, takes me a very frustrating amount of time. I can not fathom why there would not be a way to print the emails WITH their own corresponding attachments IN ORDER!

Hi James,

What you described is the expected behavior in Outlook and there is no option within Outlook to change it. However, we can use some third-party tools to control the print order. We can find some useful tools at the bottom of the following article, see:
