Hi, Many users from outside my organization said when we send e-mail to mycompanydomain.com , they are getting NDR. How can I know NDR sent from my organization Exchange server to outside users? Thanks Amjed

Send a message from Hotmail, Gmail etc to your domain and see what NDR you get back.

Get the NDR details from your external users. It might be due to your EX configuration, DNS etc etc. You need to get the NDR error code first.
