How can I disable our Auto Attendant during the day?
Hopefully an easy answer, During the day we want our receptionist to get calls directly. After end of day we want it to go to the auto attendant. I can't see anything obvious in the UM Auto Attendant.

Hm, the problem is you have always to route the calls through the AA. On the AA you can define the working hours for the AA direct transfer.

Depending of your PBX, you can configure the time on the PBX?

I'm using Lync 2013 as my PBX. What do you mean by "AA direct transfer"?

OK, so you can cionfigure fro business hours, that the AA will transfer the call to the operator with this configuration. Or you have to use the on RGS group in Lync to manage calls.

Ok, I found the screen...so basically it has to timeout before it will automatically go to attendant. Not ideal..that timeout could take many seconds. I might as well have the first prompt say "Press 0 for Reception".
