How can I delete millions of emails in 1 inbox?
Hi!
The administrator Inbox where I work has over 3 million emails in it and I cant even open the inbox in Outlook due to the number of emails. Does anyone know a good way to clean this out without deleting the mailbox?
Thanks!

Which version of Exchange do you use?
Exchange 2003: You can use ExMerge to export the mails to PST and clean up the mailbox.
Using EXMERGE To Delete Message From Your Exchange Server
Exchange 2007/2010: You can use Export-Mailbox command to export mails to PST and cleanup the mailbox. Check the requirement and procedure in below link on how to use it...
