I am trying to login to one of my Windows Live Messenger hotmail accounts; I have not used it for some time. I know my Windows ID, but have forgotten my password. I do not believe I established an alternate email when setting up my profile so I am unable to have a temporary password sent to that alternate email account. And when trying to use the "answer the security question" option, I am not prompted an actual question so I can't provide the appropriate answer, which leads me to believe I may not have established those questions. Is there another way I can be sent a temporary password, or is there a direct "help line" phone number I can request assistance to "unlock" that hotmail account? Any advise?
