HomeMDBBL attribute on Information store with Null Values
Usally the Information Stores HomeMDBBL attribute has an enrty for every item in the store. Everything seems to be running fine execpt for one reporting app. When I querry the value of one of my stores there are a few hundread (null) values.
Does any one know how to regererate the values for the HomeMDBBL atrubute.
The server in question is the last 2003 Exchange running on Server 2003 Everything else is Echange 2007.

"Back-Links" are calculated values. You can't alter them directly.

That shouldn't make any difference if the mailboxes are still in that
database. Are there still mailboxes in that database?
I suppose you could try "Run Cleanup Agent" on the database, but
that's just a WAG on my part.

Yes the mailboxes are still on that server and everything seems to be working execpt one reporting application.
Some users have entries in the HomeMDBBL but there are several hundread users who don't. And when checking the HomeMDBBL vlaues there are several hundread Null's

I gotta say, that's one I haven't heard before -- and I've been using
Exchange since, well, it seems like the Earth's crust was still warm
back then. :-)
Since that's a calculated property property I don't know how it could
be in that state unless there's something evil going on.

I'm pretty sure it's the AD that does it. If you want to experiment,
create a new database and put a mailbox in there. Try using ADSIEDIT
to remove the backlink and see what happens.
