Highlight Top 10 in Multiple Columns

Hello,

I have multiple columns (L, Q, V, AA) and need to highlight the Top 10 values in each of them (i.e. 40 total cells highlighted). I had selected "Highlight Top 10" and then listed them $L$5:$L$100,$Q$5:$Q$100....etc. in "Applies To" but this resulted in only the top 10 values across all columns (i.e. 10 total cells highlighted).

Is there a way to highlight the Top 10 values across multiple columns - without creating separate rules for each column - and have the top 10 in each column highlighted? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Thank you!

You have to apply the conditional formatting rule to each of the columns separately, i.e. create a rule for L5:L100, another one for Q5:Q100, etc.

Thank you - that was what I am hoping to avoid (as a new column is added each week - sales tracker) but looks like it may be the only option.
