Dear Friend, Thanks for your comments As per my knowlede the memory utilization by store.exe is acceptable but no CPU Utilization in that much amount like 95%. For your information - Mostly it happens when "The Free/Busy data trying to replicate with other messaging system like lotus and Exchange which are deployed in Cross Forest or Multiforest environment. In My environment nothing is like that, I have exchange server which is in Cluster two node (Active/Passive) Feel Free for post any comments :-) Thanks, Ashwini Kumar

Hey Ashwini, Symptoms are similar to this KB and this hotfix replaces three files. Verify the file version listed in the KB, those should behigher than mentionedotherwise youneed to apply this hotfix... The Store.exe process may use 100 percent of the CPU resources when an Exchange Server 2003 user tries to obtain free/busy data from a calendar from another messaging system http://support.microsoft.com/kb/920760

Hi Amit, As you suggested to refer this link http://support.microsoft.com/kb/920760 With the refrence link, Its saying to install Hotfixes, However we dont have any other messaging environment apart from exchange, We are using only exchange. In this url clearly mention that "The Store.exe process may use 100 percent of the CPU resources when an Exchange Server 2003 users tries to obtain free/busy data from a calendar from another messaging system". That means if you have Lotus Domino or Exchnage servers in the infrastructure which are configure in multiple forest or cross forest - then the free/busy data replicate from one server to another between the domain. Let me know - if i am wrong. Thanks and regards, Ashwini Kumar

Opps, I misunderstood from your previous post that you are getting error while The Free/Busy data trying to replicate with other messaging system like lotus Is this a problem on both of the nodes? I mean what happen if you failover to passive node, is the store.exe behavior same? Do you get any error in event log? Additionally check the http://ExBPA.com result for any suggestion. Check for Exchange file exclusions if you have any file level antivirus running on the server. Hi, Please refer to the similar thread: Store.exe service stopped, no error is logged in Event viewer http://forums.microsoft.com/TechNet/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=3763326&SiteID=17 Event 9665 and 12800 http://forums.microsoft.com/TechNet/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=3694010&SiteID=17&pageid=0#3694010 Besides, if all the steps in these thread do not help, then please use ADPlus to get dump file. Please try to check whether "store!EcGetSearchFoldersRecursive+0x2ab" can be found in the dump file.
