Hiding documents in Word file.
Hey. I my folder I have 1 Word document, 16 Excel, 6 PDF and 1 Powerpoint. The Excel, PDF and Powerpoint documents has been linked with hyperlinks in my Word document. So when you need to know more about a case in the Word document you just press the hyperlink and a new window opens with the document. When a user of our Servers or Clients want to have have this document its a pain for this person, since he needs to download all the other documents aswell and fix all the hyperlinks for the Word document works. So my question is: Is there a way to "hide" all the side documents in this Word document? So when the person is downloading the file, he dosn't need to fix all the hyperlinks and download all the exstra documents? when the person is opening the Word document, he will only see the text and not all the others, he will only see them if he presses the hyperlink. Thanks you for reading this :)
