Hi All i have some requirement to create a mailbox on exchange 2010 that receive mails for suggestions but the higher management want to hide the sender information for any mail received , ie to change the sender mail address , display name to something common . can this be done ? please advice

Not really. Unless you have SEND AS perms to some generic account that you assign to every user maybe and the sender then remembered to use it and no one checked message tracking or had SEND AS auditing enabled. You then have to also think about the internet headers in a message, etc etc... This sounds like something better for a web site ( and dont generate any IIS logs ! :) )
