Hidden resource in Outlook Calendar
I'm using an Outlook Calendar to book conference rooms (added as resource). Some of conference rooms should be only available to limited group of people. Is it possible to 'hide'some calendar resources and make it visible to few users only? Or there are any other ways or built-in features to achieve this functionality? Thank you!, Marcin P.S. Hi When I've setup this in Exchange 2003 we created normal users with mailboxes, then configure outlook and log-into the calendar/mailbox In outlook press Tools, Settings and choose Calendar properties, Resource scheduling and then permissions. In there you can setup the permissions like you want. AFAIK there is no option to hide a mailbox for some and not for some Please correct me if I'm wrong hereJonas Andersson MCTS: Microsoft Exchange Server 2007/2010 | MCITP: EMA 2007/2010 | MCSE/MCSA Blog: http://www.testlabs.se/blog

Correct it's either hidden from the address book or not. But you can restrict permissions to who can direct book to the resource. Mark Morowczynski|MCT| MCSE 2003:Messaging, Security|MCITP:EMA 2K7,EDA Win 7,ES,SA,EA|MCTS:Windows Mobile Admin|Security+|http://almostdailytech.com
