In the above Help topic at step 1 of the Procedure section it tells the reader to start Backup. In a How To I think it should also explain how to start backup. It's often beginners who read How To pages.Since, I assume, Exchange 2007 will be part of Small Business Server version Next I suggest it's not safe to assume even such basic knowledge on the part of all users.In Step 1. simply add "Select Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Backup.
