This may be an easy fix, but I am in a bind until I figure out what I need to do. Our HR person logged into a laptop in our meeting room to run a presentation. While there she grabbed her mail with outlook (2000) so she would have the link she needed. It synchronized enough information so she had the email she wanted and then she cancelled the synchronization. Now it seems the last 20 (the amount it was able to synchronize) days of mail are on that PC only and not showing up anywhere else she logs in. What do i do Outlook 2003 is everywhere else if it matters

click send and receive? if not then backup and delete the ost file and resync again.

Hmm...question though....from which computer would I delete the OST from. The E-mails are showing on that laptop in our presentation room but no other computers

For anyone that cares, I figured this out myself. The laptop accidentally had Personal Folders rather than mail store. I was able to use exmerge to merge the PST that was created on the laptop file back into the exchange store.
