Help me, I'm stupid! can't reply to emails from exchange server...
Maybe i am just totaly stupid, new to all his work emal acess from home, but basically i can check my work emails from home by logging onto the server, but i can't ever compose a new message and send it or reply to a received message. i do either of these and it opens up the normal reply/create new message screen but in the box where the body of text is typed there is a little white box with a red cross at the top left, and it and it won't let me type. Is it something to do with my personal computer at home? Any help much appreciated

Do not worry, you are not stupid. Youcan install Firefox on your home computer. See http://forums.microsoft.com/TechNet/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=2247204&SiteID=17

If you're using Exchange 2003, you can install this patch: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=41275DEC-4C01-4C41-AA64-C9DBE5EA3F7E&displaylang=en Also, in OWA, go to the Options tab. Click on the Download button under the security section to download the latest s/mime control. This should fix the issue if you don't want to use Firefox.
